Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia sent a letter of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the plane crash in Kamchatka Peninsula of Russia. The letter of condolence reads as follows, in particular:

"On behalf of the people of Armenia and myself, I express my sincere condolences on the crash of the AN-24 plane in Kamchatka.

At this tragic moment, I ask you to extend [my] deepest condolences to the family members and relatives of the victims."
