Four multi-member families who were displaced from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and had settled in Armenia’s Kapan town have already been provided with dwellings at the initiative of Kapan town council and through financial assistance provided by “Chaarat Kapan” CJSC. This is reported on the Facebook page of the town council.

The families have also been provided with opportunities and resources for farming according to their preferences. To improve the socio-economic condition, the Agency for Strategic Development NGO has supported the families by providing them with cattle.

During a working visit, Mayor of Kapan Gevorg Parsyan was hosted by the Hovhannisyan, Ayvazyan and Karapetyan families who have settled in Davit Bek village and was introduced to the families’ living conditions and needs.
