MOSCOW. – The servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent have delivered 10 tons of humanitarian aid to the needy residents of Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)], the Russian Defense Ministry reports.

"Ten tons of humanitarian cargo was brought from Yerevan. Shoes, clothes, school supplies, cleaning supplies, gas stoves. All this will be distributed to refugees, large families, victims, and forced displaced persons in Nagorno-Karabakh," said Dmitry Tusidi, a representative of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.

The security of this cargo delivery was ensured by the staff and servicemen of the aforesaid contingent.

"The military convoy arrived at the designated place without incident," said Ivan Sologubov, an employee of the Russian Military Automobile Inspection.
