If an agreement is reached on holding a Russia-Armenia-Azerbaijan summit, the Kremlin will announce it. This was stated by the Russian presidential spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, RIA Novosti reported.

"If such an agreement is reached, we will inform about it in good time," Peskov said.

Earlier, a source familiar with the situation told RIA Novosti that the next meeting between the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan may take place in Moscow within the first ten days of November, and that the parties were expected to sign a trilateral statement at that meeting.
