The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia reports that today at 9:04 p.m. Armenia time the Seismological Network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service recorded a 3.8-magnitude earthquake 9 kilometers from Bavra village of Shirak Province (Georgia-Armenia border zone), with a 10 km depth of the hotbed, with a 41.12o northern latitude and 43.92o eastern longitude.

The force of the underground shock in the epicenter was 5 points.

The earthquake was felt in Gyumri city and the Bavra, Ashotsk and Musaelyan villages of Shirak Province with a 4-point magnitude, as well as in Vanadzor and Spitak cities of Lori Province with a 3-4-point magnitude.
