President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan has declared that “there will be no other obstacle” for Turkey to normalize relations with Armenia, if Armenia “solves its problems with Azerbaijan”, TASS reports.

“The conditions for building lasting peace are favorable now more than ever. In this regard, Armenia needs to demonstrate the sincere will to solve the problems with Azerbaijan. If Armenia does this, there will be no other obstacle for normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia,” Erdogan said during a visit to Azerbaijan.

Erdogan stated that the infrastructure projects that are being implemented in the occupied territories of Artsakh with Turkey’s participation, “the motorways and railways will create beneficial opportunities for economy and trade for all countries of the region”. “All the neighbors of Azerbaijan, including Iran, Georgia and Armenia will gain from this,” he added.
