YEREVAN. – The court hearing on the criminal case against second President Robert Kocharyan and former deputy prime minister Armen Gevorgyan—who is now an MP of the opposition “Armenia” Faction in the National Assembly of Armenia—was rescheduled Tuesday for about a month later.

Today's court hearing, like the previous several others, did not take place.

Gevorgyan's lawyers—Aleksandr Kochubayev and Lusine Sahakyan—were not in the courtroom.

Kochubayev had informed the court that he was engaged in another trial, while Sahakyan was ill.

And taking into account presiding Judge Anna Danibekyan's schedule, the next court hearing on this criminal case was set for December 14.
