The coronavirus has decelerated the course of implementation of the Armenia-European Union Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA). This is what Head of the European Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Tigran Samvelian declared during toda’s discussion.

According to him, Armenia is implementing its part of the Agreement.

“This is also the opinion of the European Union. The Agreement serves as the Constitution for relations between Armenia and the European Union. It concerns all spheres of life and is aimed at approximating Armenia’s legislation with European standards,” he stated.
