The high diplomatic activity of the U.S. and French co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group has actually paralyzed the once coherent work of the three co-chairs, who refused to cooperate with Russia within that organization, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

"We have registered shameless attempts of Brussels to appropriate to itself the subject of Russian-Armenian-Azerbaijani top-level agreements and the agenda proposed last year by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group," Zakharova said.

She reminded that Russia sees the trilateral agreements on the highest level as a basis for the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
