The Ukrainian authorities have a plan B in case of the death of any of the country's leaders, including the head of state, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said during a video conference at the Ukrainian House in Davos.

According to Zelenskyy, the authorities are ready to act in case of such a development: "According to our legislation, there is someone to run the state. We have been prepared and separated - me, the prime minister and the head of parliament".

Zelenskyy reminded that Ukraine is a parliamentary-presidential republic. "We understood, if there is one or another loss, we will be ready for this process. We divided the cabinet into two parts, so that the country could be protected even in this case," he said.
