YEREVAN. – Past daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: As it is known, in parallel with the rally of thousands on May 28 in Yerevan, a crowded march and rally also took place in [the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) capital] Stepanakert, where similarly thousands of Artsakh residents were expressing their dissatisfaction with the processes taking place in recent period.

According to Past newspaper’s information, the huge crowd and strong energy of the rally in Stepanakert has seriously worried the RA authorities. They were especially irritated by the harsh statements and condemning calls made to them at the Renaissance Square [in Stepanakert].

According to our Artsakh sources, despite the current martial law and the restrictions on rallies in Artsakh, the political forces of Artsakh are going to organize similar actions in the near future, thus expressing their attitude and clear position on the policy pursued by the RA authorities.
