The launch of the book, entitled "The Artsakh Problem and the Foreign Policy of the Artsakh Republic," took place Monday in Yerevan.

The book has been prepared by the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) foreign ministry, published in Armenian, and with funding by anonymous sponsors.

It is planned to be translate into Russian and English.

Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan presented the book.

It is a mini-encyclopedia which presents historical facts, the role of Artsakh in the history of diplomacy, definitions have been given, correct names related to Artsakh and the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict, its reasons and chronology have been presented, the minister said.

The book consists of several sections and has maps, too.

"Data are also presented on the formation of Azerbaijan, the options existing at the negotiating table, the engagement of terrorists in the conflict by Azerbaijan, the cultural genocide," Babayan added.
