The National Assembly (NA) of Armenia continues its special session Tuesday, on the agenda of which is the election of new judges to the Court of Cassation.

The NA on Monday debated on the matter of electing the candidates for the three vacant seats in the Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation, and, subsequently, elected Liana Hakobyan, Artsrun Mirzoyan, and Kristine Mkoyan as judges to this chamber.

In addition, the parliament debated on the matter of electing the candidates for the vacant positions of judges to the Civil Cases Chamber of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Court of Cassation.

Three candidates have been nominated for each of the three vacancies, and the election of judges for these three seats will take place at today's session of the National Assembly.
