According to the decisions by the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) of Armenia, Gagik Jhangiryan and Liparit Melikjanyan’s powers as SJC members are considered terminated—and based on their respective letters of resignation.

Earlier, Armenian News-NEWS.am reported that SJC acting chairman Gagik Jhangiryan submitted his resignation from the position of SJC member—and due to health problems.

And by the decree of the Armenian President, Liparit Melikjanyan has been appointed as a judge of the judicial staff investigating civil cases at the Anti-Corruption chamber of the Court of Cassation of Armenia.
