The number of cyberattacks against the information infrastructure of the countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has increased. CSTO Secretariat representative Alexander Kuznetsov said this at Wednesday’s information security forum in Sochi, Russia, TASS reported.

"Exponential growth of computer attacks is observed, and their number has increased several times; most of them are computer-based. In the current year, the challenges in that sphere have further intensified, become more serious and large-scale. Basically, a real aggression has been unleashed in the information area of CSTO's zone of responsibility," Kuznetsov added.

To note, Armenia also is a member in the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
