It is necessary to clearly follow the path of having clear standards in the country, as a compromise with a poor quality reality will inevitably lead to disaster. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government.

"Let's not go to compromises—I'm not saying let’s take the 'scythe,' shut [businesses] left and right, ban everything—, but we must observe the safety rules. We have to go to new [safety] standards," Pashinyan added, in particular.
