Turkey and Ukraine have signed a memorandum of understanding on the restoration of infrastructure. The document was signed by Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov and Turkish Trade Minister Mehmet Mush, Ukrinform reported.

"We are grateful to our Turkish partners for their intentions to cooperate on the restoration of the infrastructure destroyed by Russia. The great experience of Turkish business in the construction of roads and bridges contributes to this, in particular it concerns our megaprojects Zaporizhzhia and Kremenchug bridges. We know Turkish business as a reliable partner, so we expect that very soon we will come to concrete practical results of joint restoration",  said Kubrakov.

According to him, in the near future a joint working group on the restoration will be created to work out mechanisms of attracting Turkish investments and develop specific projects for cooperation. It is envisaged that Turkish business and state structures will be able to develop specific restoration projects, as well as provide consulting and technical assistance.

The meeting of the presidents of Turkey and Ukraine was held in Lviv today. The Turkish delegation headed by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan includes five ministers, the head of intelligence, and Baykar CEO Haluk Bayraktar.
