A private conversation between the Prime Ministers of Armenia and Georgia, Nikol Pashinyan and Irakli Garibashvili, took place Friday at the Bagratashen sector on the Armenian-Georgian border, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Armenian government office.

The meeting took place within the framework of the launching ceremony of the Friendship Bridge at this border section.

Pashinyan and Garibashvili highlighted the commissioning of this bridge and emphasized its role in facilitating bilateral transport flows.

The two PMs noted that high-level intensive contacts attest to the dynamic development of Armenian-Georgian relations and the high level of political dialogue.

The interlocutors discussed agenda matters on Armenia-Georgia cooperation, and exchanged views on regional developments. Both sides reaffirmed their willingness to consistently deepen friendly ties and continue active dialogue between the two countries.
