The volume of foreign trade in Armenia has increased—and also on the account of the export of seasonal vegetables and fruits. This is stated in a research conducted by the Eurasian Expert Club.

At the same time, Armenia's foreign trade in January-June 2022 increased by 44 percent annually. Moreover, in January-June 2022, compared to the same period last year, exports increased by 36.3 percent, and imports—by 48.7 percent.

In January-June of last year, the foreign trade in Armenia had increased by 13.4 percent annually. This had happened on the account of a 23.3-percent increase in exports and 7.9-percent increase in imports.

In January-June 2022, the Armenian dram’s exchange rate against one US dollar was 468.24 drams, whereas the average exchange rate in June fluctuated between 407-408 drams.
