Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey, and President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan will participate in the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit—and as guests. Sherzod Asadov, press secretary of the President of Uzbekistan, wrote about this on Facebook.

"The session of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will take place next week in Samarkand [(Uzbekistan)]. This event will be the first face-to-face meeting of the SCO leaders since 2019," Asadov added, in particular.

President Aleksandr Lukashenko of Belarus, President Ebrahim Raisi of Iran, and President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh of Mongolia will also attend this summit as heads of SCO observer countries.
