Under the existing conditions, Armenia must "suspend" the negotiation process with Turkey, Turkish expert Ruben Safrastyan told NEWS.am.

Ankara, according to the expert, in fact, delivered an ultimatum to Armenia, which does not contribute to the positive development of the negotiation process. The ultimatum, in his opinion, will be implemented through the aggression, initiated by Azerbaijan. At the same time, the corresponding statements from the official Ankara were also voiced.

"So, only the incumbent authorities should decide whether to negotiate with Turkey under the current circumstances or not. I personally think that the negotiation process should be "suspended". At the same time, it should not be given up completely," the Turkologist explained.
