According to the latest reports, the death toll in the Izhevsk school shooting has risen to 17. According to the Moscow News Agency, 11 of them were children.

The injured are now in hospitals. Twenty-one of the 23 people killed in the shooting are 21 children and nine children are in intensive care.

The shooting at the Izhevsk school took place today. The shooter who attacked the school was Izhevsk native Artem Kazantsev, born in 1988. It turned out that Kazantsev was a graduate of the school. He shared the Nazi ideology and was registered in the psychoneurological dispensary. After committing a crime, he committed suicide. The Kremlin said it considered the incident a terrorist act.
