CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas did not meet with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, because Pashinyan went to the UN General Assembly in New York, CSTO spokesman Vladimir Zaynetdinov said, RIA Novosti reported.

"The Secretary General did not communicate with Pashinyan, as he flew to New York for the 77th UN General Assembly at this time," Zaynetdinov said.

The CSTO mission had earlier arrived in Armenia following the September 13 decision of the organization's Security Council. Meetings were held with representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan, but there were no talks with Pashinyan, MK reported.
