World oil prices are weakly declining Wednesday morning after two days of gains, trading data show.

The price of December Brent crude oil futures is down 0.07%, to $91.74 a barrel, while November WTI futures are down 0.16%, to $86.38.

Oil prices were declining Wednesday morning after a rise driven by a media report that OPEC+ would consider cutting black gold production by more than 1 million bpd at a meeting in Vienna on Wednesday. Thus, over the two days the price of Brent crude oil increased by 4.33% and WTI crude by 8.67%.
