The heads of the competition protection agencies of Armenia and Poland have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

Chairman Gegham Gevorgyan of the Competition Protection Commission of Armenia and President Tomasz Chrostny of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection of Poland have signed, in Warsaw, a memorandum on the enforcement of competition law and cooperation in competition policy, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Competition Protection Commission of Armenia.

In his remarks at the event, Gevorgyan emphasized that within the framework of joint programs, a number of measures aimed at introducing the respective Polish track-record in Armenia were carried out.

In addition, a new legislative initiative is currently being prepared to normalize legal relations between commercial networks and suppliers.
