All such cases immediately require a thorough and comprehensive analysis. Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian foreign ministry, stated about this at Thursday’s weekly press briefing—and commenting on the recent video of the shooting of Armenian soldiers to death by Azerbaijanis.

"Unfortunately, such information appears all the time, it is voiced by both sides. In addition, we have the opportunity to get acquainted with these materials—not only in the mass media, but also when the parties transmit data. All such cases immediately require a thorough and comprehensive analysis, including in terms of the signs of war crimes," said Zakharova.

The representative of the Russian foreign ministry said that the parties should adhere to all provisions of the trilateral agreements, including the resolution of the remaining issues.

"It concerns the exchange of prisoners of war, finding out the fate of the missing, and the protection of the cultural and humanitarian heritage in the region," added Zakharova.
