Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a brief meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on the margins of the European Political Community summit in Prague, the press service of the government informed NEWS.am.

The interlocutors touched upon the development of Armenian-German relations. Pashinyan provided details on the processes taking place in the South Caucasus, touched upon the consequences of Azerbaijani aggression against the sovereign territory of Armenia. He stressed the importance of an adequate response of the international community.

In the context of preventing new aggressions, the Prime Minister stressed the importance of implementing international mechanisms for monitoring and controlling the border situation.
