Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev proposes to create a trilateral platform comprising Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia to ensure peace and stability in the South Caucasus.

He announced this initiative on the margins of the European Political Community summit in Prague, writes NewsGeorgia.ge.

Aliyev noted the importance of creating such a platform. According to him, energy, communication, and some other matters of mutual interest can be discussed within that platform.

Also, the Azerbaijani leader assured that he supports the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey.
