Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili said that after the announcement of the partial mobilization in the Russian Federation, more than 100,000 Russians have settled in her country, she told about it on the air of France Inter radio station.

She said that since September 21, 2022, 700,000 Russians crossed the Russian-Georgian border and 600,000 of whom later left for Europe, Turkey or Armenia.

Earlier, Marat Akhmetzhanov, Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, reported that about 8,000-9,000 Russian citizens enter and 10,000-11,000 leave the country daily.

Following the announcement of mobilization in Russia, traffic jams formed at the checkpoints on the border with Kazakhstan for many hours. It is known that since September 21, about 98,000 Russians entered the territory of Kazakhstan.
