Azerbaijan agreed in Prague to continue the meetings in a quadrilateral format. Edmon Marukyan, Ambassador-at-Large of Armenia and Chairman of the Bright Armenia Party, noted this on Twitter.

“It’s logical that the format of the meeting and composition of participants must be the same. Therefore we hope that the meeting will take place in Brussels together with [French President] Emmanuel Macron and [European Council President] Charles Michel,” Marukyan added.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev had announced that the planned meeting in Brussels will not take place, as Armenia has set a condition that French President Emmanuel Macron should also participate in the meeting.
