The United States wouldn't profit from pockets of instability in the CIS region. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told TASS.

"Answering the question of who benefits from pockets of instability in the CIS region, I can say that if you think globally, no one benefits from them, even the U.S., strange as it may seem, although they do not shy away from anything to achieve their short-term goals," he said.
