Education is at the heart of last week's traged, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a government meeting on Thursday, referring to the fire in the village of Azat, during which 15 soldiers were killed.

"Until this awareness and desire to learn something new every day does not work at the level of DNA, our problems will not be solved.

"We must see the connection between this 'Tumo Box' and what happened in the barracks in the village of Azat in Gegharkunik province.

"The connection is so direct and obvious that if we do not see it, we will have problems all the time," Pashinyan said during the discussion of the project of opening two more 'Tumo-boxes' in the regions of Armenia.

On January 19 at about 01:30 a.m. a fire broke out in the hideout of engineer-sapper company of the N-th military unit of the Armenian Defense Ministry located in Azat village of Gegharkunik province. As a result of the fire 15 servicemen were killed.
