Three more patients from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have been transferred to Armenia through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the Ministry of Healthcare of Artsakh informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Due to the blocking by Azerbaijan of the only road connecting Artsakh with Armenia, three patients from the Republican Medical Center of Artsakh were transported Friday to specialized medical centers of Armenia—and with the mediation and escort of the ICRC.
