Russia sees no need to respond to the "shouts" of various personalities and political forces, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a weekly briefing, responding to a request to comment on the PACE vote, in which two members of the Azerbaijani delegation - MPs Erkin Gadirli and Konul Nurullayeva - voted for a resolution demanding a tribunal over the top leadership of Russia and Belarus.

"Can you imagine how many personalities or political forces are practicing political rhetoric? Are we going to answer to each of them? Are we going to investigate everyone and see who yelled and sighed what?" said Zakharova.

The Foreign Ministry spokeswoman also noted that if we start replying to every outburst, there simply won't be "enough strength."
