The State Border Guard Service of Lithuania (VSAT) on Friday sent to Ukraine unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) blocking equipment, power generators, warm clothes, and non-contact thermometers, Delfi reported.

These items were requested by Ukrainian border guards and were transported by three minibuses.

As assistance, the Ukrainian border guards will receive five gasoline generators, five systems blocking the movement of drones, more than 2,000 different items that are part of the uniform of the Lithuanian border guard service, as well as more than 800 non-contact thermometers.

The items were collected according to the wishes of the Ukrainian side, including with the assistance of a number of NGOs.

The cargo is expected to reach the Ukrainian-Polish border around Sunday.
