Nine children are at the neonatal and intensive care units of the children’s hospital of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), according to Saturday’s bulletin of the Artsakh government on the statistics of the 48th day of the blockade by Azerbaijan.

Accordingly:

Thirteen adult patients are in the intensive care unit, and six of whom are in critical condition.

A total of 174 babies have been born under the blockade.

A total of 515 people have been deprived of the opportunity to receive necessary medical treatment due to suspension of planned surgeries in all medical facilities of Artsakh.

And 49 patients have been transferred thus far from Artsakh to Armenia, with the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross, to receive appropriate medical care.
