The trial hearings between Armenia and Azerbaijan have started Monday at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) of the United Nations.

Armenia has filed a claim against Azerbaijan with the ICJ within the framework of the proceedings of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

Armenia demands to obligate Azerbaijan to reopen the Lachin corridor—which links Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia—and ensure the free movement of people, vehicles, and cargo there in both directions.

The hearings in the case of Armenia v. Azerbaijan are underway today at 13:00-15:00 and 19:00-21:00 Armenia time.

And the hearings in the case of Azerbaijan v. Armenia will take place Tuesday at 13:00-15:00 and 19:00-21:00 Armenia time.
