With the mediation and assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), another group of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) residents, this time 17 people, have returned to Artsakh from Armenia.

They were reunited with their families after about 50 days of separation due to the ongoing Azerbaijani blockade of Artsakh.

Since January 20, a total of 59 Artsakh residents have been reunited with their families—and with the assistance of the ICRC.
