Herzog said that both the beginning and the end of his speech were written by ChatGPT to showcase what he called the amazing achievements of the cyber and high-tech industry. The Jerusalem Post reports that.

"I am truly proud to be president of a country that has an innovative high-tech industry. Israel is constantly at the forefront of technological progress. Its achievements in cybersecurity, AI and big data are enormous," Herzog said.

The president continued: "From the development of cybersecurity technology to successful startups, Israel is making a significant impact on the world stage."

In addition, he said, "machines are not only taking on tasks that once only humans could do, they are doing tasks that humans could never dream of doing - pushing the boundaries of imagination and what is possible."
