German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in an interview with the German publication Bild am Sonntag said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had not threatened him during phone conversations.

The publication's journalist recalled the words of former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who claimed to have heard threats from the Russian leader.

According to him, it is impossible to accept this attack for nothing because it fundamentally violates the European world order.

When asked if there was an agreement with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that the weapons received from the West would only be used in Ukraine, Olaf Scholz replied, there is a consensus on this, Deutsche Welle reported.
