After a strong earthquake, the residents of Hatay province were helpless.

According to the Turkish website T24.com, search operations in the areas of collapsed buildings in the city of Antakya Hatay are carried out mainly by the local authorities, which are not enough.

Residents say no help has been sent to Antakya by the state, and corpses are scattered in the streets, with nothing to cover them, and the voices of living people can be heard from under the rubble.

There are practically no Turks in Hatay province; its main residents are Alevis, Kurds, Arabs, Armenians and Assyrians.
