Volodymyr Zelenskiy issued a decree on Ukraine's provision of humanitarian aid to Turkey after a devastating earthquake.

The document was published Tuesday on Zelenskiy's website. According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should provide humanitarian aid to Turkey.

"In order to help overcome the consequences of the emergency situation in the Republic of Turkey as a result of the earthquake, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On Humanitarian Aid", I decide to provide humanitarian aid to the Republic of Turkey," the text of the document reads.
