In the city of Efremov in the Tula region of Russia, an explosion caused the entrance of a five-story building to collapse, reports Novosibirsk-Online. 

According to preliminary reports, there was a domestic gas explosion.  

The death toll has risen to five, RIA Novosti reported. Five rescuers are also reported. 

According to the Ministry of Emergencies, several people have been rescued from under the rubble, but there may still be people there. Data on the victims are being specified, while the emergency services are working at the site. Even before the arrival of services, passers-by rushed to save people and pulled a child out from under the rubble.
