YEREVAN.- It would be technically difficult to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities, said Armenian expert.

The head of Caucasus Institute Alexander Iskandaryan considers that mutual aggressive statements of Iran and the West is nothing but a war of rhetoric.

“Iran in 2012 can be hardly compared to Iraq in 1991. They have different army, number of inhabitants and different attitude towards the authorities,” he told journalists on Thursday.

The IAEA mission ended on Wednesday its three-day visit to Iran where the experts were holding talks on nuclear program.

Earlier U.S. and the EU announced sanctions against Iranian oil because of Tehran’s refusal to implement the UN resolution and quit uranium enrichment process. The frozen talks were resumed this year. However, Iran expressed readiness to discuss only international problems but not the issues related to nuclear program.
