The flights of leading TAM Airline were canceled because of the failures of computer network in Brazil on Friday.

The failure of the passengers’ registration system resulted in long queues near the Airline offices in Rio de Janeiro, San Paulo and in other major cities, RIA Novosti reports.

The failure was recorded early in the morning, but then regulated in the afternoon. The registration of passengers and luggage was made manually for several hours which resulted in a delay of 218 domestic and 8 international flights.
