ANKARA. – Turkish parliamentary opposition Republican People's Party MP Aykan Erdemir raised the issue of notes in the passports of citizens of Turkey regarding the religion, Firat agency reports.

The MP brought an example of xenophobia towards Cevdet Sinet, an Armenian by origin. Social Service employees refused to register him as a person with disabilities as he is Christian.
