YEREVAN. – In the first five months of 2017 alone, the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has ordered the government of Armenia to pay 28,500 euros to several people, as fair compensation for their rights that were violated in national instances, according to Haykakan Zhamanak (Armenian Time) newspaper.

“At the last session [on Thursday], the government allocated money again to the Ministry of Justice, for the decision that was made against Armenia at the European Court of Human Rights,” wrote Haykakan Zhamanak.
