YEREVAN. – Even though ambassador to UK Armen Sarkissian—who was nominated presidential candidate by President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia—has not formally expressed his consent for being nominated for President, he is actively engaged in preparations for his inauguration, according to Zhamanak (Time) newspaper.

“Sarkissian has even managed to prepare the list of invitees for this event, which [the list] Prince Charles of the Kingdom of Great Britain may top.

“Thus, Armen Sarkissian wants to convey some external content [that is] ‘hollow,’ with its content,” wrote Zhamanak.
