YEREVAN – After the Armenian authorities’ “attacks” against Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Russians have begun to create problems for Armenian citizens at the Upper Lars checkpoint on the Georgia-Russia border, according to Zhamanak (Time) newspaper.

“Armenian citizens are forced to wait 14 to 20 hours at the checkpoint, [and] which is apparently the Russian side’s response to anti-Russian manifestations in Armenia,” Zhamanak wrote.
