YEREVAN. – Irates daily of Armenia writes: They say that the CC [Constitutional Court] judges are watching very closely what is happening in Armenia in recent days. They are convinced of how clever they were not to go to early retirement.

In addition to the offer being dishonest, those who offered the deal thought the judges are criminals—participants in past injustices, servants of the plundering regime, and stamped fraudulent elections. They were part of the rejected, criminal authorities; let them take the money—"get out."

And if any of the judges agreed [to this early retirement offer], it would turn out that he agrees with all that. There was no one in society as well who would agree. They argued that the judges should go, but why should they get money—and so much, in that.

They say it is the smallest of evils that now the [expected constitutional] referendum failed.
